Account Executive Europe

Join us as an Account Executive to close new business, win new logos, and help grow our EU sales motion.

Key responsibilities
  • Close inbound opportunities our marketing engine generates, and self-generate pipeline in target accounts when inbound isn't enough
  • Run discovery that surfaces actual transformation problems, not feature checklists
  • Act as a trusted advisor to IT and transformation leaders, with real empathy for the failed and stalled programs they're trying to fix
  • Co-sell with our Presales Director, architects, and co-founders to scope engagements rooted in our Iconica ONE model — strategy, execution, and outcomes in one accountable engagement
  • Structure outcome-based commercial proposals (fixed-outcome, value-tied, hybrid) and defend them when procurement pushes back toward time-and-materials
  • Build and nurture relationships inside the ServiceNow alliance ecosystem
  • Close the loop with marketing, the architects, and the executive team, turning what you hear in the market into positioning and priorities
Required skills
  • Ideally 3-5 years in the ServiceNow ecosystem. But we'll happily talk to sharp profiles with 2 years if the instinct is there, and to seasoned closers with more
  • A track record of closing services deals in the Commercial and Enterprise space, not just sitting on enterprise accounts, not just churning SMB volume
  • Fluency in the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, and the AI and agentic capabilities) without needing a deck in front of you
  • A genuinely consultative selling style: comfortable with technical buyers, able to run your own discovery, credible with architects and practice leads
  • Comfort selling outcomes rather than hours, and the conviction to hold the line on it against procurement pushback
  • An AI-first way of working, using modern tools for research, prospecting, and admin so your time goes to strategy and closing
  • Hunter DNA: you generate, qualify, and close, you keep your pipeline clean and your forecast honest, and you don't wait for handoffs
  • A builder mindset, energised by the ambiguity of an early-stage motion, wanting to shape it rather than inherit it
  • US-based with the right to work
  • Existing relationships inside ServiceNow (sales, alliances, partner team) are a strong plus, not a dealbreaker
